Wildlands Cranberry Cream Ale Launch at Factotum Brewhouse - Tuesday, March 8

SCHEDULED
Easy    ●    Evening    ●    Miniumum Age: 21 (more info)

Date(s):
TuesdayMar 08, 2016 - Number of Volunteers: 100

Join us at Factotum Brewhouse in the Highlands Neighborhood of Denver for the launch of Wildlands Cranberry Cream Ale! The launch will be a fundraiser for Wildlands Restoration Volunteers (WRV). The beer is a traditional cream ale infused with dried cranberries. Some awesome WRVers Chris Macdermaid & Trupti Suthar brewed this beer for us & Factotum Brewhouse, and they're so excited to share it with the WRV community & all beer-loving supporters of stewarship!

Factotum is a homebrewer-driven brewhouse that we're happy to have in our neighborhood. Experienced homebrews as well s novice brewers get to work with Factotum's brewmaster. The brewmaster works with you to adjust your recipe for brewing on Factotum's 7-barrel system. When the beer is ready, Factotum hosts a launch party for your beer and the beer is sold in the taproom until it's sold out. An unexpected bonus for us is that some of the Wildlands Cranberry Cream Ale will be set aside to be barrel aged. After several months of aging in the chardonnay barrel, it will be re-released in the fall.

All leadership roles are welcome and encouraged to participate.

This event will be a balance between learning, sharing, socializing, feasting, and plain old FUN!

WHEN? Sunday, June 12, 1 to 6pm

WHERE? Thanks to Jean-Pierre and Linda Andes-Georges who have graciously offered to host at their beautiful home out in the country west of Longmont.
